It is the season to reflect on the past year, and especially the treatment I receive from my many specialists and their office staff. Dr. Morhaf Ibrahim, (Jacksonville, Palatka, Georgia) and his team are, in my opinion, far above other cardiology offices, in both skill and just common courtesy.  As former caregiver and heart patient for many years, I’m well aware of the good and the horrible cardiology offices in my area.  I am pro-active in my care and not passive as some offices would prefer patients to be. Dr. Ibrahim performed a much needed heart ablation, after a year monitoring my heart with implanted loop recorder ….not at the first appointment like another wanted. He, and his team, treat me like family, and make me feel safe. He doesn’t have a corporate CFO telling him to what to sell.  He doesn’t alarm me unnecessarily.  He doesn’t have an incompetent relative managing the office. No nepotism I’m aware of.  I could go on… Who he does have, is Stephanie, an amazing practice manager who is kind, treats questions or concerns of patients with respect and sincerely cares.  Because Stephanie is like this, so is the team!!! Surprise! Aliya, James, Stephanie MA, and many others have the right attitude to be working with heart patients. Dr. Ibrahim is highly skilled and talks with me as an intelligent equal.  He explains and discusses heart issues with facts and truth, in my best interest.  I know he cares deeply about my heart and his other patients, therefore, he has the best cardiology office, in my opinion.
