Dr. Khasim Syed is a board-certified internal medicine and cardiovascular diseases physician who completed his electrophysiology fellowship at the University of Florida Health Science Center in Jacksonville. He earned his Bachelor of Science in Microbiology from the University of Texas at Austin and his Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine from Nova Southeastern College of Osteopathic Medicine.

Dr. Syed completed his internal medicine residency at Palmetto General Hospital, where he also served as Chief Cardiology Fellow during his cardiovascular fellowship. His clinical expertise encompasses comprehensive electrophysiological studies, catheter ablations for various arrhythmias, and advanced device implantation, including pacemakers, defibrillators, and cardiac resynchronization therapy.

Dr. Syed is an active member of the American College of Cardiology and has presented research at national conferences, including the Heart Failure Society of America and ACC World Congress. He is fluent in English and Urdu, with conversational proficiency in medical Spanish.
